Instructions

There are a range of ways to grow sprouts. Our favourite and the easiest way of growing sprouts is in a sprout jar. Interested in getting started? We have a full guide on how you can get growing sprouts at home.

Make sure to clean your jar thoroughly between crops, and always look up sprouting seed specifications as some sprout seeds can be chemically treated, and others can be poisonous if not cooked before eating.

Note: Always stop the sprouting process before the first set of leaves grow, some sprouts need to be cooked before eating. Check seed pages for seed-specific instructions before growing. Make sure to read about the potential dangers of sprouts.

I tried to sprout moth beans and it worked. I had tried sprouting moth beans before with varoius method but nothing worked for me

what i love about this spouter, is how easy it is to keep clean. As long as i rinse my sprouts morning and night, they keep growing and don't start to go off - its so much better than the old plastic tray version.

Especially Fenugreek sprouts as medicine for liver health.
Alfalfa, the sprout King is my sprouted bread friend.
Salad peas for protein in my leafy green meals.
Broccoli sprouts have excellent nutrition properties.
The sprout jar stands are so handy!! ...in the olden days we had to balance sprout jars with their fabric and elastic band lid in a bowl.
Now with sprouting lids included it's fun and easy to clean up to start a new crop and the goodie goodness just keeps growing.
Cleanse, soak, drain, rinse, rinse, rinse... giving compliments and singing is optional yet I recognise the addition of joyful sounds is good for the sprouts and me, too !!
